Rig-EQF is a Kenwood radio control program Amateur Radio
operators and Shortwave Listeners.
DESCRIPTION: Rig-EQF features a menu-driven system, complete
with mouse control. Radio interface functions are provided for
all Kenwood models with computer control capability. (An IF-232C
computer interface is required for some Kenwood radio models).
Features include a large frequency display of current VFO, direct
VFO entry, RIT and XIT control for radios with those controls,
programmable scanning, and more. A "local memory" system allows
you to store radio parameters on the disk drive for recall later,
complete with labeling of memory contents.
Up to four Kenwood radios can be controlled by the program, which
provides switching for serial ports COM1-COM4.
An User's Guide is provided on the disk.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Rig-EQF can be run on any 100% IBM-
compatible computer with at least 256K memory and DOS 3.0 or
higher. The program works with all video adapters, monochrome or
color. A hard drive is not required.
REGISTRATION: The user registration fee for Rig-EQF is $20 (U.S.
funds). Registered users receive the latest version of Rig-EQF.
